1L Conical Barrel - Color & Printing Customization Instructions
Color customization: First, the customer needs to tell us the customized Pantone color number. The designer will design the renderings according to the color number. After the customer is satisfied, the factory will start mass production. Minimum order quantity: 50,000 small barrels and 5,000 large barrels.
Printing customization: The designer designs the renderings according to the information given by the customer and produces the paper draft. After the customer is satisfied, the mass production will begin.
So how to choose the right printing method?
First, let's understand the difference between the three printing technologies. For details, see previous articles: https://www.jspojing.com/blogs/news/plastic-barrel-printing-process
So how to choose?
1. Silk screen printing is a traditional printing technology that applies ink to the surface of the plastic barrel and uses a silk screen to block the non-printing area so that the ink can only be printed on the barrel through the mesh. It is easy to operate, low-cost, and suitable for mass production. Suitable for printing content with few colors, preferably no more than three colors, and the color blocks are not connected. Such content is printed clearly and beautifully, and there will be no color blocks or pattern text overlap.
2. Thermal transfer is to transfer the content on the film paper to the barrel by heating and pressurizing. It provides clear and vivid printing, making it easy to print complex patterns and realistic images. In addition, the ink used in thermal transfer has excellent adhesion and wear resistance. In all aspects, thermal transfer has the highest cost performance.
3.In-film lamination (IML) is a unique process that involves attaching a beautifully pre-printed film to the outer wall of a plastic barrel, and then passing through a high temperature and pressure environment to make the pattern on the film perfectly blend with the surface of the plastic barrel. The result is extremely clear printing and vivid color performance. Due to the heavy film used in the film, it has excellent wear and scratch resistance. In addition, the process is simple and efficient, making it an ideal choice for large-scale production needs.
